(“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Kreedo mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We comply that the content of our app is age-appropriate for children.
App functionality:
We comply that our app does not drive any affiliate traffic from any third-party website.
Data practices:
- We comply that we do not collect any sensitive information from children that includes, but is not limited to, authentication information, microphone and camera sensor data, device data, and Android ID.
- We do not transmit Android advertising identifiers (AAID), SIM Serial, Build Serial, BSSID, MAC, SSID, IMEI, and/or IMSI from children or any other users of unknown age.
- We agree that the device phone number is not requested from the Telephony Manager of the Android API.
- We comply that we do not request location permission, or collect, use, and transmit precise location.
- We comply that we use the Companion Device Manager (CDM) when requesting Bluetooth access.

We comply that we have a mechanism to verify that the user is not a child and does not encourage children to falsify their age to gain access to areas of your app that are designed for adults.

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
